My name is Logan Ludlam, and I grew up in the Belleville and Kingston area. I am a certified radon tester and mitigator with the Canadian National Radon Proficiency Program (C-NRPP) and a registered energy advisor with Natural Resources Canada. I’ve had the privilege of assessing more than 1,200 homes and completing hundreds of radon mitigation system installations for homeowners across Eastern Ontario. This hands-on experience has given me a strong understanding of how homes perform and how to effectively reduce radon levels while ensuring mitigation systems are properly designed and installed.

I also believe in giving back. For every radon mitigation job I complete, I donate $25 to the Canadian Lung Association in support of lung health.

Radon is a significant concern in the Kingston, Belleville, and surrounding areas, with many homes reporting elevated levels of this dangerous gas. In fact, recent data shows that 21% of homes in Kingston exceed Health Canada's recommended radon limit, while over half exceed the World Health Organization's (WHO) guidelines. This makes radon testing and mitigation especially critical for residents in this region.
